We currently deliver across the UAE. Shipping is free on all orders.

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to change or cancel it.

Email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you.

Delivery takes 9 to 15 days from the day you order. You'll get an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Yes. Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can't take back packs that have been opened. See our Returns page for how it works.
