    What's in the box?

    The punching bag with its stand and suction base, plus an air pump to inflate the ball. Everything you need to start punching in about a minute.

    How big is it?

    It's 40 cm tall with a 17.7 cm suction base. Compact enough to sit next to a laptop or on a kitchen counter.

    Can it handle hard punches?

    Yes. The thick PU leather ball and the metal spring inside the stand are built for repeated hits. The bag leans back with every punch and snaps right back upright. On a smooth, clean surface the suction base stays put, so you can go full speed.

    Can I stick it on a wall or a wooden table?

    It's made for flat, horizontal surfaces. It holds best on glass, glossy tiles, marble, laminate and sealed or lacquered wood. Raw or textured wood, painted surfaces and concrete won't give a strong hold.

    Does the ball need to be pumped up again?

    Now and then. After lots of use the ball can lose a little air. A few strokes with the included pump and it's firm again.

    Is it noisy?

    You'll hear a satisfying thud with each punch, but nothing loud. Fine at home, though in an open-plan office your colleagues might want a turn too.
